Castrol's Spheerol is a range of multipurpose (extreme pressure) greases displaying both high melting point and water resistant characteristics. Suitable for plain roller and ball bearings and chassis lubrication in general automotive, industrial and marine applications. These greases have been formulated with additives that provide good film strength under medium to high loads.

SPHEEROL AP
Spheerol AP is a range suitable for high speed plain bearings such as those used in electric motors, fans or alternators. This grease is generally used in industrial applications at moderate temperatures (between -20°C and +120°C).
SYNTHETIC, HIGH TEMPERATURE GREASE
Spheerol SY 1002 is a high temperature synthetic grease developed for use in bearings with high operating speeds and relatively low loads. In fact, the thickener, together with the synthetic base fluid, make the products suitable for various types of bearing applications including high and low temperature applications. The complex soap structure also gives the products a high degree of mechanical stability.
Calcium complex grease
Spheerol also specializes in the marine environment. Its aggressive conditions that ships may encounter must be treated with superior performance benefits. Spheerol SX2 is a complex calcium sulfonate grease that offers these benefits.
